With me it's not all strict calorie counting and hours of cardio. It's about balance. It's about enjoyment. It's about getting to know YOU. 

I am here to teach you that having the body you desire can be achieved by anybody and that it can be achieved with absolute ease! 

Wherever you are on your fitness journey, whether it be the beginning or at a standstill close to the finish line, I have got you! I am here to hold your hand and cheer you along however long you have to go.

I went from being naturally very slim with no effort to focus on being that way, to quickly overweight and uncomfortable at the age of 18. I then battled with yo yo dieting for a few years, ‘trying every diet under the sun’ and creating a very disordered pattern of eating. I felt isolated, alone, unhappy and trapped in a body that didn’t belong to me.

By sheer will and knowing that I was destined for more and to be a different person led me through trial and error to achieve the body of my dreams and to be able to eventually maintain it with no focus on diet and with a couple just 5 hours working out a week. 




My mission is to teach every woman not just how to achieve the body of their dreams via exercise and nutrition, that is important but it's not the whole picture. I want to help women to work through the mental barriers and blocks they have to achieving the results they deserve. 

For many years I taught women how to eat and train and got amazing results, but some people slipped through my fingers or slipped back into unhealthy patterns after leaving my sessions and help, even though they knew what to do. 

The answer lies in addressing the mindset first, then applying the fundamental fitness principles that we all know by now. It's not until you have your mindset and knowledge on lock, that you can truly master your body.
